This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between King’s Bounty Farm (“Property Owner”) and the individual or business (“Photographer”) agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth, collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
By entering their full name and checking the agreement box on the Photographer’s Information page, and submitting the required deposit, the Photographer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding the rental of the vintage red truck and surrounding property for photography purposes.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the term “Client” refers to any individual(s) being photographed by the Photographer, and may include the Photographer’s clients, guests, or other session participants. The Photographer is responsible for ensuring that all Clients abide by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Booking & Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total rental fee is due at the time of booking to reserve your requested time slot(s).
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental time.
- Failure to submit final payment by the deadline, without prior arrangements, may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit. Reserved time slots may be reassigned to another Photographer.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is encouraged and will be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability.
- If cancellation is necessary, and:
- You have paid in full, 50% of the total rental fee will be refunded.
- You have only paid the deposit, the deposit is non-refundable.
- No-shows without prior communication will receive no refund regardless of payment status.
3. Weather Policy
- In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions, the Photographer OR the Property Owner may cancel (all fees will be refunded in full) or reschedule without penalty.
- Mild weather (including but not limited to light wind, drizzle, light snow, etc.) does not automatically qualify for cancellation. Final decisions in such cases will be made at the discretion of the Property Owner.
4. Property Use & Media Attribution
- The Photographer may use the property, props, and vintage truck solely for photography purposes during the agreed time slot(s).
- When posting images that prominently feature the vintage truck or other photography setups, the Property Owners asks that the Photographer credit and tag King’s Bounty Farm using the handle @KingsBountyFarm on Facebook and Instagram.
- The Property Owner may share or repost any tagged content at their discretion, with credit to the Client and/or Photographer.
5. Custom Setups & Requests
- Custom photography setups are welcome with advance notice and may be subject to additional fees or approval, depending on the scope of the request.
6. Pet Policy
- Pets are welcome on the property during scheduled photography sessions. However, Clients are responsible for ensuring that pets do not soil or damage props, blankets, or pillows.
- A towel will be provided for wiping paws before allowing pets on furniture or soft surfaces.
- Clients must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.
- Any damage or excessive cleaning caused by pets may result in additional fees.
7. Property Conduct & Cleanliness
Please remember that this is the Property Owner’s home and personal land. All Photographers and their Clients are expected to:
- Treat the property, props, and vehicles with respect
- Supervise Clients and guests during sessions
- Ensure no damage is caused to any part of the grounds or staging areas
- Clean up all belongings, trash, or equipment before leaving
- Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional cleaning fees, loss of future booking privileges, or termination of current session.
8. Acceptance of Terms
This Agreement will be considered signed electronically by acknowledging the agreement on the Photographer’s Information page and typing the Photographer’s first and last name into the required fields. By entering their full name, checking the agreement box, and submitting the required deposit, the Photographer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
